With nearly 50 years of experience as a Navy aviator and test pilot, Rob shares his incredible journey from flying F-14 Tomcats to mentoring the next generation of leaders. He discusses coming to Christ, the challenges and rewards of moving from a military career to academia, and the profound impact of mentoring students.
